The large informal living space boasts a comfortable seating area arranged around a beautiful brick fireplace and flat-screen television. The kitchen marries hardwood floors and exposed brick with modern appliances – the perfect place to prepare your next meal - and the dining room is always set for eight guests.
Don’t forget to take in the view: The sleepy back porch overlooks a brick patio and a working well. You can take a dip in the Hollywood-style pool, or make new friends at the Pool House and Carriage House social areas.
Rest like the masters of the estate in this large blue and white suite. The Master boasts a king bed and seating area. The attached bathroom has been updated with modern conveniences, including a huge walk-in shower.
The Captain’s Room is appointed in brass and dark wood furniture surrounded by airy light walls and large windows. Captain Bingham’s favorite resting place also features two twin beds, perfect for a family on holiday. The reading nook showcases a luxurious leather settee, perfect to settle into with a good book. After a day out in McKinney, slip into a hot bath in the claw-foot tub in the Captain Room’s private bathroom.
The School Room is where Captain Bingham’s six children learned about the world; we hope you’ll learn about their lives during your stay. The School Room has large windows with amazing natural light, a comfortable queen bed, and an attached bathroom with a large modern shower.
